Day 3
Several very important items before starting into the steps. This day has the most THINGS that Can go Wrong. The tank is at its most delicate state when the mold is removed and the inside passes aren't dry.
NEVER lean against the tank or touch it on the outside while looking in - don't let interested bystanders (neighbors, the family, etc.) do it either.
Make it a practice that if you want to see what is going on inside the tank, hold your hands behind your back and make sure you have your balance before getting too close.

Also, when you are setting up the ladder* (1/2 inside and 1/2 outside) that you are extremely careful. Be careful not to bump the lip of the tank putting it in or taking it out.
And be sure you have a solid enough spot so that it doesn't tip when someone climbs it.

* Note: We have made our own folding ladders special for the 1500 liter tank, It is a made to fit inside and outside the tank at the same time.
1. First remove the top and tarp carefully. While someone is removing the mold, another person should take the screwdriver out of the tool bucket and begin to make a small "finger size" hole for the spigot.
Ask the woman of the house where she would like the spigot - which side (not how high up). Then about 3 inches up from the base, carefully begin to "drill" using the screwdriver. It will take a lot of patience and a little bit of careful force to make the hole. The hole should basically only be a little larger then the screwdriver. It will be enlarged from inside the tank after the mold is out.

2. You need to remove the tank mold. To do this, place the ladder half in and half out of the tank, finding the most solid, level spot. Someone will need to steady it while your designated person climbs in.
Once in, the ladder is carefully removed. Hand the following items in to the person inside the tank: the chisel (cincel), a hammer (martillo), pliers (pienze), crescent wrench (lleve), and plastic container for the bolts and spacers.
Remove all the nuts and bolts first.
