Once it is well mixed, it is shoveled from the boat into the circle on top of the Malla Lac (wire mesh).
Note: This is why we put the boat as close to the hole as possible!

Now you are ready for the second pass.
Make more mixture using the previous amounts (3 of gravel, 2 of arena, 1 of cement (1/2 bag).
The second batch is shoveled into the circle once it is ready.
Then the cement base is leveled out with the

hoe and smoothed with a float.
You then can brush the base with a broom to finish it off. A rough surface is desirable!
Note: Breakfast will be served sometime around 10 am, usually after the base is

Once the base is done and drying the tools will need to be cleaned up.
All of the cement must first be removed for the shovels, hoes, floats, and trowels using the wire brillo pad, sponge or brush. Only then it is rinsed with water.
Please do not just put the tools in a bucket of water and leave them!
