Day One - Mold Assembly
After Breakfast the team will begin preparing the mold
(Note: Depending on the size and skill of the team, it could be assembled while the base is being poured).
The mold is in four sections.

Each section has a top and a bottom. It is marked on the top by the bolt holes. It is notched or has dots welded on the edge. Once you have the sections all standing properly, you will start matching the dots or notches.

For example, one section will have a side that has one (1) dot or notch and its other edge has four (4) (1/4).
It will attach to the sections that have 4/3 and 1/2. Sounds confusing but it really is easy.

When the sections are in place, someone on the inside, must put bolts through the bolt holes and put on the nuts.
They will also put in spacers that keep the sections far enough apart that when it is time to remove the mold, you have space to remove the mold.

Once the bolts and spacers are in place and tightened down, the person inside has to climb out.

You will then begin to put wire on the outside of the mold. You need a piece of Malla Lac (66-10-10) 4.30 meters long and 1.20 meters high.
Be careful, it has sharp points and you can get cuts on your hands if not careful. This piece of wire mesh then needs to be stretched out around the mold.
