1. Mix cement: 4 botes (bucket) of screened* arena y 1 bote of cemento in the mixing boat (lancha). After doing your customary three complete dry passes of the sand - cement mix you need to level it out and add water.
This mix MUST be dry and Not slushy/slushy or any other wet terms. Not at all like yesterdays mix for the base!!! It will probably take just about 1 1/2 botes of agua. If it is too wet or too dry, it won't stay on the mold. You should be able to pile the mix up into a mount at least 40 centimeters high, or it is too wet! In other words, do a slump test! If it is too wet, slumps to much, the first pass won't dry in time to do a second pass of cement before the afternoon rain shower!

* Note: You should use a ¼ inch screen, if too many larger pebbles pass through the screen it will get more and more annoying as the day progresses! I have used a larger mesh screen with success but with additional effort!

The mixing boat is very important.
If clods of dirt get mixed into your cement, they will leave leaky holes in your tank wall after it is dried and full of water! By mixing your cement in the mixing boat, you don't lose any cement or sand and don't get impurities into your mix (mescla). That is one of the reasons these tanks are so strong while so thin!

2. Cut away extra dirt and plants within 20 centimeters of your base. This will help cut down on dirt getting mixed into any cement that falls. Sweep base clean of dirt and debris.
Then place your tank mold in the center of the base. There should be roughly 10 centimeters of base visible around the mold.

Position the mold in such a way as to be level on the top and for the walls to be "plumb". If need be, put small stones under the mold (angle iron) to level it.
