God has given Henry and Judy the right background and experience in each of the areas that they will be involved in while in Nicaragua.

Judy was a missionary in Venezuela for six years. She was involved in the secretary/bookkeeping areas as well as teaching children and youth.

Henry grew up in Venezuela and was deeply involved in the youth ministry there as a teen. After Judy and Henry married in 1979, they became involved in beginning a youth group in a rural area of Venezuela and working with the youth in the city of Maracaibo. While there they also formed a youth music group which traveled all over Venezuela performing in churches and youth rallies.

In 1983 God made it very clear that Henry and Judy were to return to the United States. Although they didn't understand at the time God needed to prepare them for a new ministry in Nicaragua. Henry stated his own bakery business in 1988 and through the normal ups and downs gained valuable experience which he will us in setting up a bakery in Nicaragua.

In the past years while preparing for missions, both Judy and Henry have been very active in teaching children's Sunday School. Needed: An ESL English Teacher - 10 month period of time with no fluent Spanish required A maintenance couple - a retired couple would do great here - 10 month period. No Spanish required A computer teacher - 10 month period - This can be both with or without Spanish required, doing maintenance/teaching.

Also needed is a CHE worker, a health provider to operate the school clinic, a solar system guy or gal, and a good detail person to do follow through on various projects.
