Kathe Horvath serves as the finance director of Equip. Kathe is trained as a computer programmer and served United World Mission in that capacity for 13yrs. During that time Kathe wrote the programs for UWM's finance dept. thus developing not only her computer skills, but an in depth understanding of missions finances.
